We keep it simple: we charge a fixed fee upfront that covers the callout and the first hour of work. If the job takes longer, any additional hours are charged at half the rate of the first hour. For repairs likely to exceed one hour, we’ll call you with a clear, fair quote for the full fix over the phone, so you’re always in the know before we proceed.
We aim to dispatch a trusted contractor to your location as soon as possible, often within the hour, depending on your area (Cork, Belfast, or elsewhere in Ireland). Weather, traffic, or demand can affect response times, but we’ll keep you updated and get to you as fast as we can.
Most repairs are sorted within the first hour on site. Our contractors are skilled and equipped to handle emergencies efficiently. If a job needs more time or special parts, we’ll call you with a full quote for the repair and explain next steps. We always aim to minimise disruption.
