We understand that emergencies can be stressful, so we’ve designed our refund and cancellation policy to be fair and clear, ensuring you know exactly where you stand. Below, we outline how our pricing works, when refunds apply, and how cancellations are handled.

Our Pricing Structure

When you book with us, we charge a fixed fee upfront that covers the callout and the first hour of work. If the repair takes longer than an hour, any additional hours are charged at half the rate of the first hour. We aim to complete most repairs within the first hour to minimise disruption. If a job is likely to exceed an hour, we’ll call you to provide a full, transparent quote for the complete repair over the phone, so you can decide how to proceed.

Refund Policy

We’re committed to getting your issue sorted, but if things don’t go to plan, our refund policy is designed to keep things fair:

Full Refund: You’ll receive a full refund of any payment made if:
   • We’re unable to attend your location due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., scheduling issues or logistical challenges).
   • We attend but cannot complete the repair for a valid reason, such as the need for specialised parts that aren’t immediately available or issues beyond our control. In such cases, we’ll explain the situation clearly and process your refund promptly.

No Hidden Charges: If a refund is issued, you won’t be charged for any work not completed or for the callout.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, but once a contractor is dispatched, we incur costs to get them to you. Our cancellation policy reflects this:

Customer Cancellations: If you cancel the job after we’ve dispatched a contractor to your location, a 50% refund of the upfront callout and first-hour fee will apply. This covers the costs of mobilising our team.
No-Show by Customer: If you’re not available at the agreed time and place, and we’re unable to contact you, this will be treated as a cancellation, and the 50% refund policy will apply.
Cancellations Before Dispatch: If you cancel before a contractor is dispatched, we’ll provide a full refund with no charges.
