We aim to dispatch a trusted contractor to your location as soon as possible, often within the hour, depending on your area (Cork, Belfast, or elsewhere in Ireland). Weather, traffic, or demand can affect response times, but we’ll keep you updated and get to you as fast as we can.

Most repairs are sorted within the first hour on site. Our contractors are skilled and equipped to handle emergencies efficiently. If a job needs more time or special parts, we’ll call you with a full quote for the repair and explain next steps. We always aim to minimise disruption.

If we can’t complete the repair for a valid reason (e.g., specialised parts aren’t available or the issue requires a different expert), we’ll explain why and issue a full refund of any payment made. You won’t be charged for work we can’t do. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for more details.
